"We can bend a pair of chopsticks easily but when comes to a bundle of chopsticks, it would be very tough to be bend." This is how the saying goes. It is cliche, but it truly reflects the importance of interpersonal skills in a team when pursuing success. Everybody with different and special abilities could contribute to the team, and as a leader, we should understand team dynamics and mobilise the power of team. Leaders who give clear instructions, understand the problem of the members through conversations and balance the positions of each member in the team are able to bring them into one.
I believe I am lacking of this quality and I wish I could master interpersonal skills during my education in Taylor College.
